About the role

  • Execute the alliances strategy defined by leadership, operating in a structured, hands-on manner in the day-to-day management of partnerships.
  • Support the management of relationships with technology and commercial partners, serving as the operational point of contact.
  • Operationalize partnership models (strategic, referral, co-sell), supporting their activation and monitoring.
  • Support the development and updating of business plans with partners (Business Plans / JBPs).
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of joint offers, bundles, and supporting materials together with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Support go-to-market activities with partners, including campaigns, events, commercial activations, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor alliance performance indicators (pipeline, revenue, engagement), organizing data, reports, and dashboards.
  • Assist in preparing governance routines, QBRs, partner meetings, and internal follow-ups.
  • Ensure organization, documentation, and regular updating of information about partners, programs, and active initiatives.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in areas such as partnerships, alliances, commercial operations, B2B marketing, or business development.
  • Experience or strong interest in the technology and cloud ecosystem.
  • Organized, analytical, and execution-oriented profile.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams (Product, Sales, Marketing).
  • Advanced English.
  • Preferred: Experience with vendors, distributors, or partner programs.
  • Basic knowledge of co-sell models, incentive structures, or channel programs.
  • Experience with CRM tools, pipeline management, or dashboards.
  • Intermediate Spanish.
