About the role

  • Perform troubleshooting and apply adjustments to AWS network components according to client needs
  • Apply security and connectivity best practices in corporate environments
  • Support internal and client teams with network incidents and changes
  • Document changes, evidence, and configurations performed
  • Work collaboratively and proactively to drive continuous infrastructure improvements

Requirements

  • Proven experience with AWS networking (VPC, route tables, VPN, Transit Gateway, etc.)
  • Knowledge of firewalls and security policies
  • Experience troubleshooting connectivity and latency issues
  • Strong knowledge of VPNs (IPSec, site-to-site)
  • Experience with DNS and Route 53
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation) is a plus
  • Proactive attitude and ownership mentality
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset and focus on problem resolution
  • Organized and committed to deadlines and quality
  • AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate)
