About the role
- Will work with a focus on privacy law and personal data protection, serving domestic and international clients.
- Legal advisory on LGPD compliance projects.
- Preparation of legal opinions on privacy and personal data protection.
- Management of privacy governance programs and DPO – Data Protection Officer as a Service.
- Handling communications and proceedings with the ANPD (National Data Protection Authority).
Requirements
- Solid, proven experience in the practice area.
- Preferably experience working in the legal department of large companies and/or law firms.
- Completion of DPBR course or DPBR certification is considered a plus in the selection process.
- Fluent English.
