About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Marketing Manager, Canada is responsible for translating global marketing strategy into locally relevant, revenue-driving execution across Daniels Health’s Canadian business and brands.
  • Driving pipeline through targeted campaigns
  • Developing high-impact sales enablement tools
  • Owning the Canada content and messaging ecosystem
  • Own and manage the Canada commercial content calendar (email, social, blogs, campaigns)
  • Translate global positioning into localized, customer-relevant messaging
  • Develop and deploy campaigns aligned to key personas and verticals
  • Partner with global content and digital teams to execute efficiently and at scale
  • Develop sales tools (presentations, one-pagers, case studies, templates)
  • Partner closely with sales to support active opportunities and strategic accounts
  • Contribute to RFP and proposal messaging, ensuring clear, compelling narratives
  • Build repeatable templates and frameworks that improve consistency and speed
  • Leverage Salesforce pipeline data to identify gaps, trends, and growth opportunities, translating insights into proactive content and campaign strategies that drive new business, customer retention, and account expansion across Canada.
  • Partner with sales and digital marketing to connect pipeline performance with campaign execution, optimizing marketing-generated revenue across email, SEO, paid media, and other demand channels.
  • Establish and reinforce clear processes for lead management, pipeline visibility, and sales enablement, ensuring marketing efforts are directly aligned to revenue outcomes and conversion efficiency.
  • Partner with digital marketing team to ensure alignment on targeting strategy, messaging and campaign priorities
  • Ensure digital programs reflect real customer pain points and commercial priorities
  • Act as the Canada brand expert across healthcare waste division ensuring consistency in messaging, tone and market positioning
  • Gather and synthesize voice of sales, customer feedback and market dynamics specific to Canada
  • Continuously refine: Brand messaging, content priorities and campaign focus to align with business priorities and customer needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4–8+ years of experience in B2B or healthcare marketing
  • Proven experience in: Sales enablement and commercial content development. Campaign execution tied to revenue outcomes. Cross-functional collaboration with sales teams
  • Strong ability to translate strategy into execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Up to 25% travel
  • Experience working in matrixed or multi-market organizations preferred
