About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the Global CFO and Company Secretary.
  • Manage a complex, international calendar across multiple time zones, proactively resolving conflicts and prioritising effectively.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, itineraries and key meetings.
  • Support inbox and correspondence management, including drafting communications where appropriate.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
  • Maintain accurate, organised, and confidential records and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and adopt technology and AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A strong track record of reliability and performance in administrative, coordination, customer-facing, or operational roles.
  • A stable and credible work history that demonstrates commitment, professional growth, and the ability to take on increasing responsibility over time.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • High emotional intelligence and confidence interacting with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks and follow through.
  • Interest in technology, innovation, and AI-driven ways of working.
  • A high level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
  • Formal qualifications in Business Administration or a related field are beneficial but not essential.
