Finance Lead – Continuous Improvement

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reporting to the Financial Controller, focus on continuous improvement
- Work closely with finance and operational stakeholders
- Mapping “as‑is” finance and accounting processes
- Prioritising and delivering practical improvement initiatives
- Standardising templates, checklists and basic reporting
- Supporting small system and tool changes from a finance perspective
- Tidying up and simplifying documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- CA/CPA (or equivalent) and 5+ years' experience in financial or management accounting
- Experience in continuous improvement, “change on top of BAU” or finance process enhancement work
- A practical, hands‑on approach to mapping, analysing and improving processes
- Confidence working with finance systems and data
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills
