About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for sales positions, including Business Development, Account Management, and other commercial roles
  • Partner directly with Executive Directors, Vice Presidents, and hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies that support business growth
  • Lead intake meetings, sourcing strategies, candidate screening, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future sales hiring needs
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on market trends, compensation, candidate availability, and hiring best practices
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring an efficient and effective hiring process
  • Support workforce planning discussions and help identify talent strategies that support organizational growth
  • Utilize data and recruiting metrics to drive hiring decisions and continuously improve recruitment outcomes
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives that strengthen Daniels Health's position in the market
  • Support additional corporate hiring needs as business priorities require

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 recruitment experience, agency or in-house
  • Proven success recruiting Business Development, Account Management, Outside Sales, Territory Sales, or other customer-facing commercial roles
  • Confident, persuasive communicator who builds strong relationships and influences outcomes
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple roles and deliver at pace
  • Commercial mindset with a strong focus on results and candidate experience
  • Quick thinking, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills
