About the role
- Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from internal systems and platforms.
- Work closely with senior Data Engineers, BI Developers, and operational leaders to extract and validate data.
- Build reports, dashboards, and visualizations that highlight performance trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize SQL, VBA, and APIs to gather and transform data from multiple sources.
- Identify patterns and provide actionable recommendations to support Continuous Improvement initiatives in supply chain, warehousing, and manufacturing.
- Present findings through compelling data storytelling, using PowerPoint, Excel, and visualization tools.
- Partner cross-functionally with teams to understand business processes and translate them into meaningful data insights.
- Continuously seek ways to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
Requirements
- Education (Bachelor’s degree in one of the following or related fields):
- -Information Systems
- -Information Technology
- -Computer Science
- -Data Science
- -Business Analytics
- -Statistics or Applied Mathematics
- -Industrial Engineering (with data/analytics focus)
- -Other related data or technology disciplines
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Hands-on experience with VBA and SQL for data manipulation and automation.
- Working knowledge of databases, data structures, and APIs.
- Experience in extracting, cleaning, and transforming data from various platforms.
- Ability to develop clear and impactful visualizations and presentations.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to "tell a story” using data.
- Collaborative mindset, receptive to feedback, and eager to grow professionally.

- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Exposure to supply chain, warehousing, or manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Awareness of 5S Strategies
