Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct strategic interactions via WhatsApp, Zoom, phone and/or other channels to close sales.
Lead consultative conversations, identifying the lead's pain points and needs to direct them to the most appropriate solution.
Follow the sales script, adapting the approach according to the lead's profile.
Perform follow-ups with leads in the decision-making process.
Nurture relationships with potential clients, adding value throughout the buyer's journey.
Update the CRM with accurate information on leads and stages of the sales process.
Work closely with the pre-sales (SDR) and marketing teams to optimize the conversion funnel.
Meet and exceed established closing and revenue targets.
Participate in alignment meetings, training sessions and continuous feedback.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Closer, Sales Executive or in a similar role within the digital market.
Strong mastery of consultative selling techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Organized and disciplined in managing multiple engagements simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, RD Station CRM).
Basic knowledge of sales funnels and digital product launches is a plus.
Ability to work autonomously and be goal-oriented.
Availability to work flexible hours (especially during launches).
