About the role
- Analysis and Classification of Correspondence: Review incoming correspondence from clients and partners, classify it by subject, and distribute it to the team members responsible for each request.
- Management of Case Information: Create new case files for initiated matters, enter data related to patent applications that will be used in filings with the INPI (Brazilian Patent Office), and register new entities in the system, maintaining organized and accessible records.
- Deadline and Calendar Control: Generate and verify deadlines related to patent services in Brazil and abroad using the company's proprietary system.
- Support to Interfacing Areas: Collaborate and communicate with other departments involved in the workflow, facilitating the smooth, organized, and efficient progress of activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Currently pursuing studies in Languages, Law, Business Administration or related fields is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Advanced English.
- Knowledge or courses in industrial property/intellectual property will be considered a plus, as they facilitate understanding of department routines and interaction with patent processes.
