About the role
- Provide technical support to customers on electronic queries related to the systems
- Assist sales team during customer visits by offering technical expertise on Danfoss Climate Solutions products
- Attend training sessions to enhance and maintain knowledge on electronic controllers and other climate control technologies
- Conduct training sessions for customers, as well as for the Sales and Customer Service teams
- On-site support for commissioning and troubleshooting purposes
- Make national travel as needed for customer support and on-site assistance (up to 50%)
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in refrigeration knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration, or related field
- Proficiency in customer support processes within the HVAC-Refrigeration industry
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently
- Proficiency in English language
- Willingness and ability to travel as required for customer support and on-site assistance
- Willing to travel up to 50%
