About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Build scalable coaching and development systems that equip frontline leaders to consistently coach, certify, and develop Trainers at every stage of their career.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-2+ years of experience in customer onboarding, adult learning, sales enablement, or a fast-paced operational field
  • Demonstrated ability to execute daily operations and high priority projects with pace.
  • A proven track record of looking at messy, cross-functional inputs, mapping out the optimal workflow, and working backward to build a highly structured strategy.
  • A true "go-getter" mentality with the ability to independently drive initiatives forward without needing constant hand-holding.
