Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the primary owner and editor for all internal and external Knowledge Base content
Partner with Subject Matter Experts and others to extract and translate complex clinical knowledge
Incorporate AI tools to help agents access information quickly
Build and monitor feedback mechanisms to improve the knowledge base
Work to consolidate disparate 'silos' of information into a unified source
Monitor Slack and internal channels to capture knowledge and transform it into articles
Ensure compliance of the knowledge base with regulatory requirements
Design and execute audits to ensure clinical information remains compliant and up-to-date

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience managing internal or external help centers
Exceptional ability to take a rough draft and polish it into a clear, concise, and professional article
1-3 years experience working with clinical products and processes or biotechnology
Comfort creating, collecting, and interpreting data
Proficiency in basic video editing, HTML website design, and image annotation tools
Passion for adult learning and training
Obsession with finding information
Ability to communicate updates clearly across multiple stakeholders
Attention to detail for clinical accuracy
