Requirements
- 6+ years of full stack software engineering experience
- Substantial experience with backend asynchronous systems
- Experience with logistics and operational domains
- Experience with large and complex production systems
- Strong ability to operate with minimal oversight
- Ability to understand business functions and address challenges through engineering
- A collaborative, pragmatic, and growth-oriented mindset
- Ability to communicate complex technical problems and propose solutions
- Experience with performance and optimization problems
