About the role
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders and translate user needs into comprehensive technical documentation, including BRDs, "As-Is" process maps, and "To-Be" workflows.
- Independently diagnose multi-step user issues and translate requests into clear, simple user stories that drive development forward.
- Own configuration changes (fields, rules, objects) within a single system end-to-end, ensuring solutions are technically feasible and scalable.
- Proactively gather feedback from a defined user group and act as a consultant to ensure solutions meet stated business needs.
- Make high-quality, timely decisions on configuration choices to prevent development stalling.
- Work independently on assigned features and projects, proactively managing scope within well-defined project boundaries.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a high-growth tech environment or systems-focused role.
- Proven experience managing configuration in an enterprise platform, with direct, hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Ability to use logic and methods to solve difficult problems and translate them into simple technical documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to document "As-Is" and "To-Be" process maps.
- Excellent multi-mode communication skills, with the ability to build consensus among Product, Engineering, and Business groups.
