About the role
- Execute on Dandy’s North America enterprise event portfolio, including conferences, regional field events, and premium hosted experiences.
- Coordinate logistics for the regional events program and manage the event-in-a-box toolkit to enable scalable field event execution.
- Update budgets, vendor contracts, and timelines to ensure every event is delivered on time, on brand, and within budget.
- Track event ROI metrics, providing data-driven insights to optimize future performance.
- Manage the enterprise event content calendar, including amplification of events through organic social, blog posts, and other content initiatives.
- Maintain and manage event inventory, including event materials, signage, and swag.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to align event goals and prepare teams for successful customer and prospect engagement.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B event marketing or field marketing.
- Proven success planning and managing US-based and international conferences, regional events, and premium hosted experiences.
- Exceptional project management skills—organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and event ROI reporting.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar tools preferred.
