About the role
- Support the planning of field events across North America
- Coordinate vendor relationships, booth materials, shipments, and event staffing needs
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams
- Track event performance, assist with ROI reporting
- Ensure each field event reinforces Dandy’s brand promise
- Assist with budget tracking, vendor negotiations
- Contribute to building scalable event processes
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B event marketing
- Exceptional project management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Overall track record of professional and academic success
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
