- Ensure Dandy remains the category leader in lab innovation
- Anticipate market trends and shape product portfolio strategy
- Elevate the commercial impact of Dandy’s current products
- Develop and launch new innovations
- Partner with R&D, Product, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, and Executive leadership
- Drive measurable revenue through innovation and launches
- Run a consistent NPI process with cross-functional alignment
- Lead and grow a team that owns ambitious revenue goals
Requirements
- 10–12+ years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, product strategy, or innovation roles within high-growth environments
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead in ambiguity
- Proven success commercializing innovative products
- Track record of leading, developing, and scaling teams of Product Marketers
- Experience owning and marketing multi-product portfolios
- Strong cross-functional experience with Sales and Product
- Comfort operating in fast-growth environments
