About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support daily sales and customer service activities of our inside sales team
- Work closely with account managers, business development managers, purchasing, product management and logistics
- Prepare quotes and process customer orders
- Coordinate deliveries, services and customer inquiries
- Follow up on quotes and customer requests
- Assist customers with product- and order-related questions
- Professionally handle service requests and complaints
- Act as a point of contact for our customers
- Support account managers and business development managers with administrative and coordination tasks
- Maintain and update customer and sales data in the CRM system
- Monitor order status and delivery dates
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation of customer activities
- Assist with reports and general sales tasks
- Execute assigned tasks independently and reliably
- Actively contribute to the team and share knowledge with colleagues
- Propose ideas to improve customer service and internal processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
- Experience in customer service, sales support, inside sales or order management is an advantage
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Structured and reliable work style with high attention to detail
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
- Technical understanding and willingness to learn about our products
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus, ideally with HubSpot or a similar platform
- Positive, team-oriented and service-minded personality with good communication skills
- Good English skills, spoken and written, required
- Very good German language skills are expected for communication with customers, colleagues and business partners
