About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Wellness Director is responsible for the overall direction, administration and coordination of clinical resident care services
- Lead, manage, and overall accountability for your team and their performance
- Responsible for ensuring right care, at the right price with the right staff
- Alzheimer's and Dementia Program Coordinator
- Communicate vision and relate organizational and community wellness goals to staff and residents
- Lead relationships with community leaders and external partners
- Market wellness throughout the community
- Manage all appropriate state regulations and auditing to ensure compliance
- Perform admission and ongoing evaluations of residents
- Manage medication and treatment administration

Requirements
What you’ll need- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) registered within the State preferred
- CDP required prior to or upon hire within 90 days
- Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
- Proven ability to manage revenue and financials successfully
- Proven high performer
- Ability to work successfully through complex issues; problem solve
