About the role
- Provide maintenance and housekeeping support, direction, and oversight of the Maintenance Department
- Travel daily to assigned communities
- Act as the community Maintenance Manager during a vacancy
- Conduct drills, preventative maintenance, room turns, and work orders
- Keep accurate records for all inspections and drills performed
- Oversee and monitor housekeepers
- Provide 24/7 on call support for any emergencies
- Provide hands on training for all new Maintenance Managers
- Coordinate and communicate with home office team
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of management experience
- Minimum of three years of maintenance experience
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office in a Windows environment
- Ability to master company specific software
- Experience with Yardi, Teams, Smartsheet, and OneDrive will be a plus
