About the role
- Provide maintenance and housekeeping support
- Conduct drills, preventative maintenance, room turns, and work orders
- Keep accurate records for all inspections and drills performed
- Oversee and monitor housekeepers to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Promote a positive work environment and encourage collaboration
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of management experience
- Minimum of three years of maintenance experience
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office in a Windows environment
- Experience with Yardi, Teams, Smartsheet, and OneDrive is a plus
