About the role
- Responsible for overall direction, administration, and coordination of clinical resident care services
- Deliver a 1440 experience and optimize performance
- Lead employee connections within the community
- Ensure right care at the right price with the right staff
- Manage relationships with community leaders and external partners
- Conduct admission and ongoing evaluations of residents
- Manage state regulations and auditing for compliance
- Review incident reports and address personnel issues
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) registered within the State preferred
- CDP required prior to or upon hire within 90 days
- Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
- Proven ability to manage revenue and financials successfully
- Proven high performer
- Ability to work successfully through complex issues
- Problem solving skills
