Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for overall direction, administration and coordination of clinical resident care services
Deliver a 1440 experience, optimize performance and lead employee connections
Lead, manage, and overall accountability for team performance
Responsible for right care at the right price with the right staff
Own relationships with Executive Director and Sales Team and market wellness throughout the community
Perform admission and ongoing evaluations of residents
Manage all state regulations and auditing to ensure compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) registered within the State preferred
Assisted Living/Memory Care experience required
Leadership experience preferred
Proven ability to manage revenue and financials successfully
Proven high performer
Ability to work successfully through complex issues and problem solve
