About the role
- Responsible for overall direction, administration and coordination of clinical resident care services
- Deliver a 1440 experience, optimize performance and lead employee connections
- Lead, manage, and overall accountability for team performance
- Responsible for right care at the right price with the right staff
- Own relationships with Executive Director and Sales Team and market wellness throughout the community
- Perform admission and ongoing evaluations of residents
- Manage all state regulations and auditing to ensure compliance
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) registered within the State preferred
- Assisted Living/Memory Care experience required
- Leadership experience preferred
- Proven ability to manage revenue and financials successfully
- Proven high performer
- Ability to work successfully through complex issues and problem solve
