About the role
- Oversee the strategic planning, execution, and completion of enterprise-level projects.
- Ensure enterprise-level projects align with organizational goals, strategies, and company KPIs.
- Monitor company KPIs closely, promptly escalating potential issues that could hinder target achievement.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to track company KPIs, identifying root causes and devising solutions as needed.
- Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders in planning, executing, and delivering enterprise-level projects.
- Diligently track project progress and milestones to ensure timely delivery and goal adherence.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Provide periodic reports on company KPIs and enterprise project portfolios to executives.
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale, enterprise-level projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the financial technology sector is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
