About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Clearly communicate complex and technical product information, technical IT, and networking information to customer stakeholders
  • Serve as a technical expert for digital pathology hardware (scanners) and related software products
  • Maintain current knowledge of competition and market through competitive information, literature, and field surveillance
  • Report to the Regional Sales Manager as part of the Digital Pathology team
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual product sales goals for the territory
  • Execute product demonstrations for clients at the correct sales stage in SFDC
  • Maintain a closed/won success rate of >60%
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through sales and support assistance
  • Travel for pre- and post-sales activities, customer appointments, trade shows, and customer training
  • Expand existing customer accounts, meet with active opportunities, and prospect for new opportunities in the assigned geography

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of three years of medical imaging or devices sales and support experience
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM
  • Minimum 1 year experience working with complex IT infrastructure in Healthcare settings
  • Ability to travel overnight as necessary (estimated at 50%)
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
