About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative support for and report directly to the SVP, Marketing & Product Management
- Support the VP of Strategy and their team
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing and Product Management to facilitate communication and align priorities
- Manage complex calendars, global travel, expense reporting, purchase orders, confidential correspondence, and meeting materials
- Coordinate executive meetings and events, including logistics, vendors, room reservations, audiovisual support, catering, and onsite/offsite activities
- Collaborate with business partners to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of progressive executive or administrative support experience managing calendars, travel, expenses, correspondence, and related business operations
- 3+ years of experience coordinating projects, executive meetings, conferences, and events from initiation through completion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience managing multiple concurrent priorities and deadlines
- Experience with expense processes, invoicing, and purchase orders
- Ability to travel internationally and domestically according to business needs
