About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collect, integrate, and analyze data from Salesforce, partner reports, and internal systems to generate actionable business insights and identify growth opportunities.
Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, performance drivers, and gaps, supporting strategic and operational decision-making.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs such as sales performance, account coverage, and product mix.
Build and refine sales funnel analytics to improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and business predictability.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
Support partner performance management by analyzing metrics, identifying root causes, and recommending corrective actions.
Manage partner lifecycle processes, including onboarding new partners and addressing underperformance.
Travel to channel partner locations as needed to understand on-ground operations, validate insights, and drive data-backed improvements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biotechnology, Life Sciences, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
4+ years of experience in business analysis, sales operations, or data analytics roles.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL, and at least one visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce (SFDC), including data extraction, reporting, and dashboard creation.
Experience building dashboards, performing data cleaning, conducting exploratory data analysis, and presenting insights to cross-functional stakeholders through structured reports and business reviews.
Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences organizations is a plus.
Experience supporting sales forecasting, pricing analytics, or channel partner performance tracking in a structured CRM environment is a plus.
