About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage development elements of biomanufacturing projects supporting client programs and services
Oversee complex biomanufacturing projects using department standards and tools
Collaborate with Project Managers, internal stakeholders, Program Managers, and clients
Maintain project timeline data and communicate project status updates
Manage project changes and ensure timely achievement of key milestones
Track and drive completion of action items and project deliverables
Proactively identify obstacles and work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute solutions
Resolve conflicts and remove roadblocks with internal and external stakeholders
Preserve and strengthen professional relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or a related discipline
3+ years of experience in method development, method validation, quality control, biomanufacturing validation, process development, or technology transfer is preferred
Proven experience successfully leading relevant departments and/or managing complex projects
Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies
Proficiency in SmartSheet, OneNote, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong facilitation and presentation capabilities
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to travel 10% or more
CDMO environment experience is a plus
