About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of manufacturing projects using standard project management methodologies and Danaher Business System principles
  • Deliver capital and operational projects safely, on time, within scope, and within approved budgets while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance
  • Manage project scope, identify changes, evaluate impacts, and drive effective change control processes
  • Establish and maintain communication with senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Provide visibility into project status, risks, mitigation plans, and business outcomes
  • Prepare CapEx justifications, financial analyses, budget forecasts, and executive-level presentations supporting investment decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Prefer 3+ years' experience managing large-scale manufacturing, facility, infrastructure, or equipment projects with budgets exceeding $10 million
  • Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional projects in manufacturing, engineering, life sciences, medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related regulated industries
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope management, scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder management
  • Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent projects and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong financial acumen, including capital planning, forecasting, return-on-investment analysis, and cost control
  • Ability to travel up to 15%, potentially internationally
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and follow safety protocols/procedures
  • Preferred experience with Management of Change processes in regulated manufacturing environments
  • Preferred experience with Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation of manufacturing equipment and facilities
  • Preferred experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or life sciences manufacturing operations
