About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of manufacturing projects using standard project management methodologies and Danaher Business System principles
Deliver capital and operational projects safely, on time, within scope, and within approved budgets while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance
Manage project scope, identify changes, evaluate impacts, and drive effective change control processes
Establish and maintain communication with senior leadership and stakeholders
Provide visibility into project status, risks, mitigation plans, and business outcomes
Prepare CapEx justifications, financial analyses, budget forecasts, and executive-level presentations supporting investment decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree required
Prefer 3+ years' experience managing large-scale manufacturing, facility, infrastructure, or equipment projects with budgets exceeding $10 million
Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional projects in manufacturing, engineering, life sciences, medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related regulated industries
Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope management, scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder management
Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent projects and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
Strong financial acumen, including capital planning, forecasting, return-on-investment analysis, and cost control
Ability to travel up to 15%, potentially internationally
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and follow safety protocols/procedures
Preferred experience with Management of Change processes in regulated manufacturing environments
Preferred experience with Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation of manufacturing equipment and facilities
Preferred experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or life sciences manufacturing operations
