About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the day-to-day management and governance of molecule assets, molecule pipeline prioritization, and deployment
Drive strategic initiatives to enhance molecule intelligence capabilities
Establish standardized asset management practices and adoption of tools and processes that increase operational effectiveness
Lead global programs enhancing molecule visibility, data quality, specification position coverage, and commercial intelligence
Establish and maintain processes, tools, and reporting capabilities for actionable insights into molecule progression, specification status, and competitive positioning
Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting and translate pipeline insights and performance metrics into recommendations for leadership and commercial teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a scientific, life sciences, or related field
Strong understanding of biologics, bioprocessing, drug development workflows, and technology selection factors
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to synthesize complex scientific and commercial information into actionable business insights
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership capabilities
Ability to influence and drive alignment across a global organization
Experience utilizing CRM systems, pipeline management tools, reporting platforms, and data visualization tools
Ability to travel 25% to EMEA, USCAN, and APAC
Previous experience in molecule pipeline tracking and asset management, process development, commercial enablement, or related functions would be a plus
Previous experience in technical sales, field application support, or scientific support roles would be a plus
Experience leading cross-functional process improvement, operational excellence, and commercial effectiveness initiatives would be a plus
Experience with external molecule databases, industry intelligence platforms, and market analytics tools would be a plus
Experience navigating complex global matrix organizations would be a plus
