About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute new product development and sustaining projects within the BioPharma Solutions portfolio, ensuring successful project delivery and product release.
- Partner with functional leaders to establish project scope, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans while driving alignment across project teams and stakeholders.
- Apply the Danaher Business System (DBS) to develop project metrics, utilize Daily Management, monitor project performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans to project teams and stakeholders, escalating execution risks as appropriate.
- Build collaborative relationships across functions to support effective project execution and achievement of project objectives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biological Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related technical field
- Prefer 5+ years of experience in the life sciences, diagnostics, medical device, or related regulated industry
- Prefer 3+ years of experience leading complex product development programs from concept through commercialization
- Demonstrated experience applying design control processes and product lifecycle management within a regulated environment
- Experience utilizing complex program management methodologies, tools, and best practices to drive cross-functional product development initiatives
