About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Accountable for the performance and results of Danaher’s Clinical Center of Excellence
Provides strategic oversight of the Global Clinical Research team
Maintains current knowledge of innovative clinical evidence strategies
Develops strategies that provide new differentiated evidence solutions
Establishes collaborative relationships with leaders across Danaher operating companies
Assesses clinical capabilities across the global team
Drives operational efficiencies and implements best practices across clinical operations
Manages the full lifecycle of clinical study programs
Develops clinical evidence strategies to support novel diagnostic products

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's Degree or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Research, or a related field, or an M.D.
A minimum of 10 years of industry or relevant experience successfully executing in vitro diagnostic studies.
At least 7 years of supervisory experience is required.
Directly related experience in Clinical Program planning and execution
Understanding of clinical strategy, regulatory affairs, assay/instrument principles involving in vitro diagnostic product design and usage
Demonstrated career success in achieving commercial release of products related to diagnostics, life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical development is highly desirable.
