Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field is required

Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior management or general leadership role
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change
Comfortable operating in a matrixed, global organization
