About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide frontline support by rapidly resolving customer issues and troubleshooting, while contributing to service revenue and ensuring strong customer contract retention.
  • Travel throughout a designated service region on short notice to support products and field service partners and conduct training to ensure operational performance and data quality.
  • Work independently within a geographic territory, while fostering a team-based environment with opportunities for benchmarking, mentoring, and receiving expert technical support.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • AA or Technical Trade Degree in Electronics or Engineering (or related discipline) or the equivalent experience is required with 2-4 years of related work experience -or- equivalent Military experience
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills; capable of presenting and training technical information.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, manage time effectively, and document activities and expenses.
  • Able to travel on short notice with periodic overnight stays. Up to 75% travel.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. to a height of at least 5 feet.
