About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own end-to-end tracking of procurement processes including invoice management, supplier onboarding, and vendor communication management
  • Partner with Legal to streamline NDA and contracting workflows through the contract lifecycle management system
  • Serve as the central point of accountability for procurement and contracting paperwork for the CIO
  • Manage calendar coordination, expense reporting, travel logistics, and event/meeting planning
  • Identify recurring process friction points across procurement, contracting, and program operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or business operations
  • Experience with procurement and/or contract management processes and systems
  • Experience providing executive-level administrative support
  • Proficiency with contract lifecycle management (CLM) and/or procurement systems
