About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end tracking of procurement processes including invoice management, supplier onboarding, and vendor communication management
- Partner with Legal to streamline NDA and contracting workflows through the contract lifecycle management system
- Serve as the central point of accountability for procurement and contracting paperwork for the CIO
- Manage calendar coordination, expense reporting, travel logistics, and event/meeting planning
- Identify recurring process friction points across procurement, contracting, and program operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or business operations
- Experience with procurement and/or contract management processes and systems
- Experience providing executive-level administrative support
- Proficiency with contract lifecycle management (CLM) and/or procurement systems
