About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

drive the AI Molecular Design (AI MD) enterprise strategy by converting long-term vision into a focused, value-driven portfolio
lead prioritization, resourcing, and sequencing of AI MD initiatives
establish a streamlined operating cadence across initiatives and OpCos
act as an enterprise integrator across AI teams, OpCos, and external partners/alliances
provide clear, executive-level insights on performance, risks, and financials

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of relevant industry experience in operational roles
advanced degree in a scientific or technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related disciplines)
proven track record managing complex partnerships and alliances
deep expertise in influencing and aligning stakeholders across functions and OpCos
demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all levels
experience utilizing portfolio or program management tools
comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
familiarity with Danaher's business model and commercial activities (preferred)
proficiency in applying DBS tools related to strategy, planning, alignment, decision making, and tracking (preferred)
working experience or knowledge about adjacent business domains such as Commercial/Sales/Marketing, Manufacturing operations, Supply Chain management, etc (preferred)
