About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Creating and reviewing contract proposals for IDN and GPO representing major hospital networks
Ensuring compliance with company terms and conditions and pricing guidelines
Interacting with Leadership team, Field Sales, and peers on a daily basis
Serving as a subject matter expert for contract pricing administration
Leading governance and continuous improvement of contract compliance in CPQ
Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Customer Service, and Commercial Operations teams
Providing expert guidance to sales teams on contract strategy and risk assessment
Influencing stakeholders to align on contract administration standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree with 4–6 years of relevant experience in contracts, commercial operations, pricing, finance, legal support, or related business disciplines
Demonstrated expertise in reviewing, interpreting, and administering complex contract terms and conditions with a strong understanding of business, financial, operational, and compliance implications
Proven ability to independently solve complex business problems, evaluate multiple alternatives, and recommend solutions using sound judgment and analytical thinking
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, influencing stakeholders, and driving process improvements that enhance business performance and customer experience
Travel 5%-10%
