About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the validation of new Chemistry and/or Immunoassay instrument installations
  • Work directly with customer Key Operator during validation
  • Address customer questions regarding instrument operation and assay performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Tech Support, Field Service, Sales, and Customer Training
  • Travel across the Northwest US for up to 80% of the time for validations and customer training

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's degree with 3+ years in laboratory/diagnostic instrumentation or a related field
  • Advanced understanding of Diagnostics or Healthcare Industry, emphasizing Laboratory Regulatory environments
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to problem solve independently
  • Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
