About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the validation of new Chemistry and/or Immunoassay instrument installations
Work directly with customer Key Operator during validation
Address customer questions regarding instrument operation and assay performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Tech Support, Field Service, Sales, and Customer Training
Travel across the Northwest US for up to 80% of the time for validations and customer training

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate's degree with 3+ years in laboratory/diagnostic instrumentation or a related field
Advanced understanding of Diagnostics or Healthcare Industry, emphasizing Laboratory Regulatory environments
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to problem solve independently
Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
