About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the validation of new Chemistry and/or Immunoassay instrument installations
- Work directly with customer Key Operator during validation
- Address customer questions regarding instrument operation and assay performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Tech Support, Field Service, Sales, and Customer Training
- Travel across the Northwest US for up to 80% of the time for validations and customer training
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate's degree with 3+ years in laboratory/diagnostic instrumentation or a related field
- Advanced understanding of Diagnostics or Healthcare Industry, emphasizing Laboratory Regulatory environments
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to problem solve independently
- Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
