Key responsibilities & impact

Enable your business units’ strategy and operations by providing practical, solution-oriented approaches to a broad range of complex legal issues
Be a leader and person of influence at the company
Serve as a legal subject matter expert and strategic advisor on cross-functional projects
Partner with specialist attorneys and other professionals
Manage commercial and other disputes, including litigations
Using Danaher Business System tools, help the legal and compliance team identify, design and implement continuous process improvement initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

JD from an accredited U.S. law school
Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
6+ years of experience with complex commercial and corporate transactions
3+ years of experience in a large law firm transactional practice
Excellent writing and contract drafting skills
Excellent communication skills
