About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Achieve annual product sales goals set for the territory while working in coordination with the local assigned team within their territory
  • Maintain accurate and timely opportunity funnel and customer data in SFDC with coaching as needed
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through delivery of sales and support assistance and coordinate product demo, installs, and customer training with support from manager and/or mentor
  • Work with prospective and current customers to increase Leica Biosystems' influence and presence across territories
  • Monitor and develop awareness of competitive activities and strategies, utilize Strategic Selling tools (Blue sheets) with mentorship and guidance
  • Develop on products, DBS, LBS Tools (such as DOMO, Showpad, Territory Business Reviews)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor Degree with 5+ years of experience or Masters Degree with 3+ years of experience
  • Proven time management skills
  • Proven contract negotiation and high-level selling experience or selling in a matrixed environment
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software; Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Travel: 50-75% Must Possess a valid Driver’s license; and ability to travel overnight for territory coverage (if applicable) and/or for company meetings
