About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and prioritize field interventions in Regional EMEA team.
- Manage and track the logistics around these interventions.
- Ensure the interface between clients, Installation and After-Sales Automation and Clinical IT team of Beckman Coulter EMEA.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or customer service role, preferably in the medical diagnostics or healthcare industry.
- Fluent in English and at least one of the big EMEA languages (Spanish, Italian, German or French). Additional EMEA languages are advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and geographies.
- Proficiency in the use of dispatch software and tools (Service max, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team, in a fast-paced environment.
