Account Manager – Medical

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Developing and implementing a sales strategy for the assigned territory to ensure the achievement of agreed financial targets
- Planning and conducting regular visits to existing customers to monitor their needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Managing Channel Partners effectively, driving their sales force to meet and exceed targets
- Reviewing and validating the sales funnel to assess realistic win probabilities and preparing periodic reports on sales performance and opportunities
- Conduct demonstrations independently or with the support of an application specialist across key specialties including neurosurgery, ophthalmology, ENT, spine, and plastic surgery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Biomedical Engineering (or equivalent)
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
- Leadership with Channel Partner (Agents/Distributors)
- Preparation of Public Tenders and related technical documentation
- Availability and flexibility to travel within the assigned territory
