Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Organization Design, Organization Development or related field with 10+ years of HR Experience OR Master’s with 7+ years of Human Resources Experience
Minimum 5 years prior experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior executives
Experience supporting and influencing C-Suite leaders through HR best practices
Demonstrated accomplishments leading highly visible teams and projects
Reputation for being scrappy, thinking creatively and critically
Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional, global initiatives
