Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute regional sales strategies informed by competitive intelligence and market insights.
Manage, coach and develop distributor networks to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Expand channel coverage across key segments including hospitals, blood banks and public health programs.
Analyze market dynamics and competitor activity to increase market share and pricing effectiveness.
Drive forecasting, reporting and pipeline management to support growth objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in biomedical sciences or equivalent.
Multiple years of experience managing distributors and channel routes to market in healthcare or diagnostics.
Experience in key account management within medical devices or diagnostic products.
Experience working within African healthcare markets, preferably West Africa.
Fluency in English and French, written and spoken.
Ability to travel up to approximately 50% of the time across the region.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
