Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute sales strategies that drive rapid revenue growth and market share expansion across the territory
Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Applications counterparts to achieve Leica Biosystems' performance targets
Maintain accurate, timely opportunity and customer data in SFDC
Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering sales and support services and coordinating product demos, installations, and customer training
Work with prospective and current customers to increase Leica Biosystems' influence and presence across territories
Monitor and develop awareness of competitive activities and strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science OR equivalent work experience
Minimum 3+ years relevant sales experience (or equivalent work experience)
Proven time management skills
Proven contract negotiation and high-level selling experience or selling in a matrixed environment
Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software; Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to travel 50-75%; overnight for territory coverage (if applicable) and/or for company meetings
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
