Key responsibilities & impact
  • execute account plans by understanding customer KPIs
  • identifying gaps and driving growth through analyzer consolidation
  • contract retention and expansion opportunities
  • conduct “Day in the Lab” assessments to identify workflow inefficiencies
  • position Chem/IA, CIT, and Automation solutions through data-driven insights
  • support development of financial proposals aligned to customer needs and Beckman Coulter objectives
  • partner with cross-functional teams (CIT, LASM, and others)
  • maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline
  • manage opportunity timelines
  • build relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years’ experience or master’s degree with 2+ years’ experience
  • strong understanding of laboratory operations
  • customer workflows
  • competitive landscape
  • ability to translate insights into actionable account strategies
  • previous experience in diagnostics sales with understanding of laboratory workflows and market dynamics (preferred)
  • ability to align solutions to customer operational and financial needs (preferred)
  • experience supporting capital equipment sales cycles and cross-functional collaboration (preferred)
  • exposure to account planning and customer-facing business discussions (preferred)
