About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver training programs in compliance with corporate training initiatives, including annual compliance training
  • Drive recruitment efforts, including the design and execution of local market career events intended to build Pall’s brand and reputation in the surrounding community for all exempt and nonexempt positions, ranging from shop floor associates to professional technical associates
  • Provide training and coaching for all levels of associates up to and including the site leadership team in areas such as employee relations, career planning, talent development, and performance management, including underperformance management
  • Advise associates and leaders on recent changes to the Company's policies and practices with the goal of achieving the fullest levels of adoption, and continue to reinforce existing policies and practices to ensure the fullest levels of compliance
  • Support regional and global HR initiatives to include the introduction of new processes, participation on global project delivery teams, and participation on cross-functional and cross-regional teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years' experience in human resources delivering the HR agenda for a population of greater than 100 full-time employees
  • 3+ years’ HR leadership experience overseeing the HR agenda for an industrial, manufacturing or production environment
  • Demonstrated ability to coach employees at all levels on individual performance matters and/or on the proper way to engage direct reports on matters related to performance
  • Demonstrated ability to remain abreast of changing competitive market conditions impacting the ability to attract and retain talent
  • Ability to build trust and strong partnerships with all levels of management and employees.
