About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Structure contracting deals and draft, redline, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements (e.g., master agreements, placement agreements, pricing agreements, distributor agreements, and amendments)
Provide pricing analysis and deal structuring support to ensure competitive and compliant commercial terms
Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Business Operations to resolve moderately complex contracting issues
Ensure contract terms comply with healthcare regulations and company policies
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process enhancements across contracting workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related work experience OR Master's Degree with 0-2 years of related work experience.
Experience in pricing analysis, deal structuring, contracts drafting and redlining, and negotiating various commercial contracts in the medical device or healthcare industry.
Knowledge of healthcare fraud and abuse laws, rules, regulations, regulatory guidance, and industry codes, including the federal Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and HIPAA.
