About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Sales in developing and executing deal strategies for small to mid-scale customer opportunities
- Independently structure, analyze, and approve single-site and lower-risk commercial agreements
- Serve as a primary execution partner to field Sales by owning end-to-end quote creation, configuration, iteration, and maintenance in Salesforce.com
- Act as a central point of coordination for quote requests
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Pricing, Finance, Service, and Contracts to validate assumptions
- Support deal governance by reviewing assigned deals for accuracy, completeness, data quality, and adherence to standard processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement by maintaining strong Salesforce data hygiene
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in pricing, finance, commercial operations, sales operations, contract development or a related function
- Working knowledge of commercial deal structures, pricing methodologies, and financial analysis
- Experience supporting or working within CPQ systems (Oracle CPQ preferred)
- Ability to operate effectively in a cross‑functional, matrixed environment
- Comfort operating in a high‑volume, fast‑paced sales environment with multiple concurrent quote requests and deadlines
